Help to Read ID disc

Hi guys,
I recently aquired a uniform from D.Niemann of a Leutnant in Infantry regiment 209. I found an ID disc in the pocket which I could do with some help in interpreting. It reads as follows:
St.Kp./N.E.A. 20 followed by 209 and B. I understand the 209 is the regiment number and B is the blood group, but the rest? Thanks, in advance, for your help.

The 209 is not the regiment number but the stammrollen number of the individual. The unit who issued the tag was St. Kp./ Nachrichten Ersatz Abteilung 20, a signals training unit.

Thanks for your help Gary, the 209 puzzled me because it is also on his shoulder straps along with a coloured twist braid. Here is a pic. of the ID disc with soulder board. I beleive the coloured band indicated someone in some form of training?
