German ID tag group help needed!

I recently obtained these ID tags, but I admittedly know nothing about the subject. I do know that the top two examples are German, but unsure of the ones on the bottom. I am not even sure if they are original, particularly the Auschwitz tag.
Any and all help is much appreciated!

The rectangular one is one from a POW from the Kriegsgefangenen - Lager (POW Camp) Thorn

Thanks much folks. I had suspected they were all original because of where I got them, but wasnt sure. I am not at all familiar with these.
I need to get an idea of their value as they will likely be for sale in the near future, but am having difficulty in determining that too.
Any thoughts on the small oval tag?
