What's this Ausweis????

Can anybody tell me anything about this Ausweis? What is it for, who's it signed by? TIA!

It is not really an "Ausweis" but rather a receipt - certificate that Ivan Kusumum(?) was issued a rifle nr.UD 6633 and is serving (as an auxillary) in the German Army.

It is signed by the Ortkommandantur of Molwotizy, an Oberleutnant.
