    Hi Roberto,

Maybe not much, but the most valuable internet source for Lw-units is the website mantained by Mr. Michael Holm (www.ww2.dk):

    http://www.ww2.dk/ground/flak/abt/sw470.html

    Kind regards!

Hi Roberto, Its just as well I checked, as soon as I saw the disk I thought it was "heavy" flak, but there was not such a unit, as far as Tessin is concerned. I`m not a disk collector but I would have thought that would have been a capital W - schW, but I`m sure the soldier who punched the disk wouldn`t be to bothered about capitals. Not much I can tell you about the unit it looks like it had a fixed position in Cologne and spent time in Italy.

      Cheers

The unit is listed in Tessin. It was a searchlight unit (Scheinwerfer). The (o) means Ortsgebunden.

I wondered what the (o) stood for, thanks Simon.
