Luftwaffe Soldbuch Entries

I would appreciate some help with these entries in a Luftwafe Soldbuch.

First entry reads as '2. A./Flieger Ausbildungs Regiment 53' however, I am unsure as to what the 'A' represents folloiwng the designation of the 2 Kompanie?

Also, with regards to the third entry, I can read '8./Flieger ?? “Monte Rosa” , can anyone help with the missing gaps at all?

As always, any help whatsoever will be very well received indeed.

The last entry is

Flieger-Anwärter-Bataillon "Monte Rosa" in Stettin

"Monte Rosa" was a accomodation/residential ship in the harbour of Stetin for Luftwaffe soldier

Any ideas as to the first entry?

Thank you very much for clearing that up.

My train of thought had ruled out Ausbildung as the title in the Kompanie, due it being an Ausbildungs Regiment.

I have a lot to learn on these.....
