Just to correct: it is a "Punktbewertungsliste".

"Bewertung" means evaluation and the list and the points (Punkte) are related with different

clothing and textiles. You need to have a certain amount of points to be able to buy certain clothing

or textiles. The points are given to you by ration cards. The same as with food.
