Help with a wound in a Wehrpass

Hello,

Can anyone identify the next wound I remark in red?



It is in the page 34 of one Wehrpass I have. I think one word is "Schulter" (maybe shoulder) but i can´t read the two others

The "Inf." is short for infantrie, means he was shot by an infantrie-bullet
