Just my opinion, but it looks highly suspect.

However, who'd go to the trouble of faking a prescription for glasses?

Does it match the name / unit of the owner in the soldbook in the background?

The regiment is part of an important division of the Gothic Line, and interesting to many collectors here.
The one in the background is the cover of a book ... helped me to take a picture.

I agree the writing does look a little suspicious, but it may have a chance. I think better pictures might help a little.
