It is the Technische Kompanie of the Flieger Ausbildungs Regiment 23 and not the "Technisches Flieger Ausbildungs Regiment 23"

This Regiment wasn't part of a frontline Division.
The regiment was part of the "replacement Army" in the homeland. (Or in the occupied territory)

I think the soldier with this dogtag was part of any other unit at the end of the war.
