    Luftwaffe Soldbuch and plate...

    Hi there!
Some days ago I came across this LW Soldbuch and matching dog tag for sale...

Seller couldn't confirm if genuine or not...
He only confirmed there was no id photo inside...so according what said in the other threads this could be ok due to dated 1941 as you can see in the pic...

What do you think about that?

Could it be genuine for sure or not?
And what about the dog tag?

    No better pics available...

    Thanks in advance!

    Cheers!

If both genuine(either the Soldbuch and the dog tag)...what would be the average price in the market for them?

In my little...I saw LW Soldbuch sold for about 90euro~130euro...

      Regarding the Dog Tag:

      215967 = Stab/Fallschirmschule II, Wittstock

From a distance it looks OK, but perhaps a pretty high personal number?

          Hi Jeff!

          Thanks for the hint!

So what about it? How can I recognize this is a repro?

Are there other repros like this that always come together with the dog tag?
Maybe same id number for all the repros?

Just to improve my skill if I should come across another one...

So I guess the actual value for this is just a bunch of bucks...Isn't it?

          Thanks again!

          Cheers!

I don't like either, altough the pics are few and of very low quality.
The Fallschirmjaeger division stamp at page 1 looks very odd and the dogtag (that may have some chances) looks gound found and does not match the conditions of the document. Moreover, the personal number is very high and imho should match a late war period, not an early one as 1941. Also, it' doesn't look like a Zweitschrift, but no training units (nor replacement units) are entered at page 4.
I think that other red flags may be found with more pictures

There are so many problems with this particular Soldbuch. The writing , the printing, the stamps. The only way to learn is to look at the real deal. If you are interested in paperwork like this, there are several books out there that you should read.

                  Hello

The type set of the dogtag (it is more the complete dogtag) is very suspicious, too.

                  Best regards, Fronti
