Luftwaffe soldbuch, Ground staff?

This time I have no problems with the awards!! however can anyone help with;

1/ What trade in the Luftwaffe was he

2/ What units did he serve in (I have);

Aufklärungs-Staffel 3 (H) 14 (awards page)
Aufklärungs-Staffel 2 (H) 14 Ain-el-Gazala, 4.41 - 11.41 (Bf 110/Bf 109) (page 20) ?
Technical school Jitarbog
10. Staffel Jagdgeschwader 301 from 1944?

3/ Any interesting signature ?

His civilian occupation was: "Schmied" blacksmith

His LW trade was: Prüfmeister Triebwerk

So the guy who checked the engine.....tough job

Also the notation Flugzeug (Ober) Feldwebel on page one indicates he has performed the relevant courses and is in charge of the aircraft servicing detachment.

Need to check the area of his postings, however the photo is typical of those serving in Italy.
