Unusual Polizei Dog-Tag / Elsass - Alsace

Hi Guys. I would like to have your opinion about this Tag. It is 100% original, but my question concerns more "Who was this Guy". I understand the markings as follow : "Polizei Verwaltung Mülhausen / Kolmar Elsass". LS Pol ??? Perhaps "landesschützen Polizei", VII25 I ignore what is it about !!

All Opinions are very welcome, thanks for any assistance in this Matter !!
