    SS Feldpost Question

    Hello to all
    You could write what I know about WW2 Feldpost on a very small piece of paper so excuse me if what I ask sounds silly.

    I have come across a feldpost in postcard format with an SS Der Fuhrer stamp and was wandering if the value of this item would be increased?, and also , are these faked? It is dated 23.11.39
    Here is the rear of the card with the stamp.
    This is outside my collecting field so I will put it on theestand if original and if it has any value

    the stamp is under the hand writing, so even better for no worry .its a good one, ive got several from the same guy sent to his wife with same stamp, and actually written in hand is "ss feldpost" so it wasnt stamped to enhance the card value,its worth around 15-20uk, this is roughly what i pay on average for a card

      Many thanks for your help-Carried on ploughing my way through the pile and came across another SS Der Fuhrer again dated 1939-Looks like both sent from Prague.
      Also, sent to the same address are 2 more cards sent from France in 1940 with the Feldpost No.37873.B
      I found a list on the Internet with the following information on this number:

      37873
      (Mobilmachung-1.1.1940) Stab 11 Infanterie-Regiment 289
      (28.4.1940-19.9.1940) Stab 11 u. 5.-8. Kompanie
      Infanterie-Regiment 289,

      Can anyone please give me any more information on this unit.
