Trouble reading award entry

Can anybody help me with reading this award entry?
I can read the words 'Auszeichnung' and '3. Stufe' but the rest is unclear to me.

It's from a Soldbuch to an Oberleutnant und Adjutant from a Marine Artillerie unit based in the Netherlands.
The Soldbuch is not mine, but still in hands of his family.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
