Hi to all,
Here an interesting SB found with some pictures of the owner and his familly,
the young soldier ( sturmann) was incorporated in the ss-pz.gren.ausb.u.ers-btl 9
+ a training period in the ss pz. aufkl. AuE 1 at Riga.
And finally transferred to the unfamous SS-panzergrenadier regiment 35.
Some documents found with the SB : Mussolini death pics, official letter to
the Mediterranean theater US soldiers, Italian post card.....could attest this
soldiers has seen action in north Italy.
I don't know why, there is a pic of dead civilians marked " veroia" greece july 46 in english.
Maybe the SB was captured by a GI or english soldier ?
The question is, from the infos provided in the SB, is it possible to know when
the soldier was transferred in the SS-panzergrenadier regiment 35 ?
Any infos I have missed here ?
