Thanks he was wounded in oct '44' & i did find this:

In 1944 the division rested and received additions in the Ragusa-Split area. After the vacation they battled against the Tito partisans. In October 1944 they retreated while fighting with the Red Army through Yugoslavia to Belgrad. During the defence battles the division suffered great losses which resulted in many soldiers deciding to desert.

...I don't think that...anyway, at the 10 of october, after a strong artillery preparation, the PE was attacked, near Vlasotince, by many Bulgarians tanks, and the Division suffered great losses..only for this I think that "our" Anton, was wounded in that event.
