PAB Silber Wehrpass award entry

I was wondering if this stamped and unsigned PAB entry could have any chance of being original. There are two entries reading "Einmal Essen" on page 53 in the same type of stamp. The Wehrpass belonged to a former member of Panzer-Regiment 15 and schwere Panzerjäger-Abteilung 519 who served on the Western Front in 1944-'45. No other awards, but all other entries in the Wehrpass are fine.
