                    I can assure you that the Lanzius material you have is 100% original and unaltered.

                    If I remember correctly, Lanzius served in Auschwitz / Dachau for only a short period of time each, that being in a temporary teaching / training capacity associated with administration (but don't quote me on that), his life ending in a car accident in 1943.

                    *** If I can find the information on Lanzius I compiled years ago (waaaay before the home computer era), I will post here....

                            Magnificent and exeptionnel that you have find a resume of the life of Hanns lanzius

                            I learnt many thing, but it seems to me that its military carriere begins in November 1933 with the 4.ss-standarte ?

                              Very glad that you are pleased with the Lanzius info. I posted (again, this was the work - done over 20 years ago - of a fellow WAF'er who is - IMO - THEE best researcher on this site - what I posted doesn't even come close to the quality of the work he currently achieves).

                              As for your question of a 1933 military start date for Lanzius - you are correct, Lanzius served with the Allgemeine SS at that time, but for whatever reason(s), this information was not entered / carried over into his Wehrpass...

                              Great set here and I really don't understand the lack of comments....
