The seller said that this is italian voluter.
Is it really?

Looks good to me, a dogtag issued to an italian volunteer/conscripted in the Luftwaffe after the surrender of Italy (8th September 1943).

Yes it's a good one, I have the same disc and a soldbuch for an italian volunteer from that unit.

See Page 4 section C in the soldbuch. It's his replacement unit same as the tag.
