Wehrpass help required

Of course you cant find him on the volksbund list, he was not killed during the war but just discharged !

Discharged for medical reasons is the sense that I get. He was classified as useable for work only, not for field or garrison service.

Mate on page 26 I think it states his medical grading has been reduced to AV, fit for labour only not combat fit.

Reason I think I can make out 52 which equates to stomache issues (apendix/gastric) post operation.

He was transfered to Landwehr II which is the bottom of the barrel so he must have been poorly.

A good book to get if you are going after these is Wehrpass by Emille Caldwell Stewart and it explains blow by blow each paragraph of the 3 versions of the Passes.

He was a local boy by the way, just South (50ks) of where I am.

He was a Luftwaffe Signalsman.
