I wonder if someone could help us with identifying that unit:
Aufst.Stab Lemlin

Since this soldier was involved in ant-Partisan combat, could it be something like "Aufständischen-Stab Lemlin". Would Lemlin be a city or a name?

You are wrong - it´s nor Lemlin but Semlin: Click!

I think the abbreviation "Aufst." we should read "Aufstellung" or better Aufstellungsstab.
