He was a member of the "Jadstaffel 78" in WW1, rank Unteroffizier.

As he was born 1897 he became member of the "Landwehr" (28 Sep 1937).

Since 10.7.1940 he was suspendet from military service and worked with I.G. Farben.

A document dated 27.10.1944 from the Hydrierwerke (Pölitz)tells us that he was suspendet (UK -

Stellung) from military duty because I.G. Farben Pölitz need him for work in the department of

agriculture.

24 April 1945 on order of Hydrierwerk I.G. Farben Pölitz sent he to the I.G. Farben factory

Ludwigshafen/Rhein (Dep. Agriculture) where he started his work formerly. They sent him to

Ludwigshafen via I.G. Farben factory Merseburg (Dep. Ammoniak /Stickstoff). So far the

documents.
