Interesting SS Soldbuch you have there to an ex Luftwaffe (?) member.
I see he served with the Artillery Replacement and Training Battalion in Prague and transferred no doubt as a guard to KL Monowitz.
Three large camps were established near the Polish town of Oswiecim constituting the Auschwitz camp complex: Auschwitz I, Auschwitz II (Birkenau), and Auschwitz III (Monowitz).
Where have I recently seen this Soldbuch? Is it on another forum?

It's never too late to learn a new language...
As you can see it is a replacement issue Soldbuch from 26.8.1944, issued by the SS Artillery Training and Replacement Regiment in Prague, Poland.
On occassions Wehrmacht members who transferred to the Waffen SS kept their old Soldbuch and dog tags....in this case he was issued a new set.
Page 4 shows that he was a member of the same unit that issued his Soldbuch, it was also his responsible replacement unit. After which his replacement unit (and serving unit!?) became SS T Sturmmbann Konzentrationslager Monowitz.
The clothing pages indicate he was at Monowtiz 2.1.1945 as he was issued a new set of clothing.
Scan 6 shows a security check 1.9.1944 from SS Artillery Training and Replacement Regiment .
Scan 7 shows the date he was promoted to pag group 15 (Gefreiter), this would be whilst serving with the Luftwaffe.
The entry regarding Dachau confirms that he is entitled to war pay which means he was not a peacetime Soldier but called up during war. This was through the Pay Office of the Waffen SS in Dachau/Oberbayern.
Hope that answers you querries?

SS Soldbuch
Hello Rob,
Your document is very interesting. Thank you to make for us share your last purchase.
I am interested in the two affixed stamps on the photography of the holder of this Soldbuch. It seems to me to read " Waffen - SS Konzentrationslager Mittelbau " on the stamp placed below to the left of the photography.
Would it be possible to see an image showing the stamp placed at the top to straight ahead (under the photography LW) ?
If the registration of the stamp Mittelbau is confirmed by this second stamp, this will confirm the passage of the holder of this Soldbuch in the Nordhausen camp before its departure for Auschwitz.
As usually, I appreciated the information supplied by Ian
Cordial greetings.
