Dog Tag ID needed

In the moment I try to ID some Tags positively, but maybe I don't have access to propper Material.
Maybe somebody can help me with this.
the first is a Heavy Heeres Flak. is the next a Batt. or a Ba II
I read the number as 208, but I can't find a matching ID in the Net, only some with Abt.

is it right that the 1st Bde was filled with dutch and belgian Members as I found in a Books copy?
How much are they worth. I found prices between 50 and 85 euros in the Net. Am I to cheap with it?
What does the "L" means?

What does the A means? it had 4 Companies and a Staff Company. As other markings are not present, is it for the Staff Co.?

How do you translate Kraftfahr-Ersatzabteilung
All sites I use say motorized Replacement Department, but I guess Dept. isn't right. Just a feeling.

I found the translation for "Abteilung" in an American dictionary of WW2:

"Abteilung/ battalion (Cav, Arty,
Armd Comd); detachment, unit
(Tac); department, section (Adm)."

"L" means "Luftwaffe" so you dog tag is for the "NSKK 1. Brigade der Luftwaffe".
You can find them with addition "AUSL. KRFTF" for foreign drivers.
