    My Wehrpassen collection

    Well, I have seen many great WPs on these forums, but have yet to show off some of my acquisitions. Firstly, here is Lt. Arthur Kolditz's WP. He was KIA on 23.3.1942 in Russland.

      Promoted to Leutnant on 1.7.1940

        During the course of the war he saw action in Poland, France and Russia.

          Before his death he took part in operations against partisans in the area of the 6th Army.

            Lt Kolditz was KIA on 23.3.1942 in one such operation whilst with the 190 I.R.

              Next is Unteroffizier Hans Grewes' WP. At the time of his death, he served with Army Group North in Russia, where he died of spotted fever.

                  Promoted from Oberschutzen in 1930 to Uffz by 1941. He was awarded the KVK 2nd Class with Swords, whilst with Pz Jg Rgt 56 on 23.7.1941.

                    Having contracted spotted fever on 29.3.192, Grewe was sent to hospital. Here he died on 8.4.1942 at 1535 hours.
