some help with german dog tag please

Hi guys,
I just got this dog tag as a present, and would ask your opinions about it. Is it original, and could you help with deciphering it? From what I have found it seems to be some kind of "baloon shooters school" ?

I contacted my friend who gave this dog tag to me, and he thought it was
"ballon abwehr kanone del luftfloten nachrichten suchle 3", but I can see that your explanation is more accurate
What about dog tag itself, any opinions about it beeing original? If you need more/better photos, please let me know.
