Thanks for Your kind comment. I have the first issue of this book too and liked the "spirit" of Otto Weidinger's style very much. This regiment REALLY had a hard life and many, many good men died...
I'm sure You recognized, that this man suffered the wound that killed him in the service of "Götz von Berlichingen"-Division.

Nice Der Fuhrer Wehrpass Peter. They fought heavily against the Dutch army during the Blitzkrieg in Holland in 1940. Thanks for sharing
