    L49 - fit for limited duty with diseases and disorders of the heart and the entire circulatory system.
    L52 - fit for limited duty with severe form of chronic catarrh.
    L75 - fit for limited duty with significant changes in the shape of the feet.

      Thank you Ian.

      His soldbuch photo must be old, he looks like a striking young man. According to the codes, he suffered from a terrible head wound or accident.

      Nothing is mentioned on the hospital pages.

        Sort of gives insight into how desperate the Reich was at that point, to consider somebody with all these limitations fit for even "limited duty".

          Replacement soldbuch issued June 30, 44'. Strange how no awards or hospital page entries are entered, yet the above notations are entered.

          I could use a hand on what his last name is, Roy or Ross?

          Also his dogtag information would be great.

            I believe his name is "Kurt Koch". Notice the first letters of both names are the same where they've been entered by the unit on page 1.
