Sort of gives insight into how desperate the Reich was at that point, to consider somebody with all these limitations fit for even "limited duty".

Also his dogtag information would be great.
I believe his name is "Kurt Koch". Notice the first letters of both names are the same where they've been entered by the unit on page 1.
