I can make out TENO and the dates, but can anyone decipher the word(s) underneath?
    Kind regards,

Also, has anyone seen one of these before?

It's pasted into the back of another LS dienstbuch I have, some kind of security check maybe?

    Kind regards,
    Andy

          Rick,

Please could I ask you to post the info again,or pm/email it to me?
I didn't add the info. to my records straightaway
          and now it's gone!
Now I know what is meant by the old saying,'strike while the iron is hot'!

          Kind regards,
          Andy

            Andy,

the word under "Teno" seems to be "Instandsetzer", but unfortunately I can't make anything out of the word to the right of "Teno".

About the "special piece" you posted above: If you would like to I can try to tranlate it for you. (Basically it says that the owner, as he is doing long-term emergency service with the "Ordnungspolizei" (which encloses the Luftschutz-Polizei) is entitled to the same reduction in entrance-fees as members of the Wehrmacht. No mention exactly for which entrance-fees, but the authorization is based on a decree by the president of the "Reichsfilmkammer", so my guess would be the cinema. )

              Many thanks again Folkert!

Does it also say something about he has to be in uniform and show the piece of paper/pass along with a photo and his LS dienstbuch?
That's what it looks like to me anyway!

              Kind regards,
              Andy

                Andy,

                almost!

He must be in uniform and has show that card and a "service identification with a photo" (Lichtbilddienstausweis). The " - Luftschutzdienstbuch - " probably serves to illustrate that it can be used as a "Lichtbilddienstausweis" (as I don't know what other kind he could have).
