Wehrpass help wanted

I have a wehrpass and soldbuch of a soldier who was last stationed at Bäckerei-Kompanie (mot) 667 from1-1-1944 til the end off the war.

On the 9 may 1945 he was dismissed from the wehrmacht and from what i see signed by a General or am i wrong please help me out iff so what is the name off this General .

This message is also written in his soldbuch whith the same autograph

The signature seems to be from a "Hauptmann und Kompanie Chef" and not a general.
