The second signature on Page 15 of the Soldbuch looks to be that of Karl-Max Freiherr von Hofenfels who won the DKiG on 3rd January 1944.
And the last two signatures on Page 3 are those of Hans Spiegel who also won the DKiG on 25th April 1945.

I found a source where the "besondre Sturmabzeichen" is named:

Anordnung des Generaloberst von Brauchitsch (vom 1. Juni 1940):

"Für Soldaten aller anderen Waffen, einschließlich der Sturmartillerie, die mit der Infanterie oder Panzern zusammen kämpfen, oder im eigenen Verband die Bedingungen des Infanterie-Sturmabzeichens erfüllen, wird ein besonderes Sturmabzeichen mit den Bestimmungen für das Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen mit Wirkung von 1. 6. 40 geschaffen."

Thanks to all, I also think it was a GAB, but now I have the confirmation, what makes me a little bit surprised is that after more than 5 years of its institution someone still call it Besondere Sturmabzeichen and not Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen, but who cares, we have now here a rare citation confirmed with the Soldbuch entry, who wants more?me no.

Looking for DKiG Heer winner Soldbuch who also won the TDB and/or CCC, specially in Silver.

                  Wow!

That is nice - especially the Urkunde. The Allgemeine / Besondere Sturmabzeichen - it was originally called the Pionier Sturmabzeichen. This Urkunde is really a great addition to our collective knowledge.

                  Thanks for posting!

Never seen such an award, thanks for posting.
The pass photo is really outdated, the tunic he wears looks like the model 34
