SS-Art.Ausb.u.Ers.Rgt. covering letter, sent 27-11-44 to the Stettin SS Recruiting Dept. with his personal file as he is transferred to an operational unit.
Aug.44 he was transferred to the Waffen-SS and served till 6-9-44 with an Artillery training unit after which he was transferred to SS-Art.Rgt.5 of the 5.SS-Pz.Div."Wiking", then operating in the east ( Modlin, Hungary).
