Windhund Division wehrpass help

I bought this wehrpass and some papers last week. I have some questions about it.

1. There are no stamps and signatures in the wehrpass, is that a problem?

2. On page 34 you can see that he was wounded two times. For the first wound in 1941 he earned the woundbadge in black.
There is no silver woundbadge for the second wound, was this because the wound was not serious enough and he could stay with his unit?

Normally you need three wounds to receive the Wound Badge in silver and unlike the Soldbuch which needs so many signatures, the Wehrpaß usually doesn't, until it is closed out.
