This is a Spanish Blue Division soldier's Soldbuch.

You're wrong, this is not a Spanish Blue Division Soldbuch but ID card for ex Blue Division members and IMHO not rare, I have seen many examples in last years.
Here you go two different models of bilingual Spanish ID cards (Personalausweis / Certificado) from my collection.
They were basically like Soldbuchs, because the Blue Division really did not use any Soldbuchs.
