Rick. Don't see any. There are only 5 more pages filled out in this book. Book is in very excelent condition. I am attaching scans of the other pages in case you can use them. Really excellent answer you provided. Don't know how many members get all this knowledge (hard work I guess). Anyway, thanks a lot.
Any idea of a value for me. I bought it several years ago for about $80.00.
