Wehrpass/ Demjansk action

Bought this wehrpass today, have done a little translation
Looks like he served in quite a few different regiments.
Was he in a machine gun platoon? light, heavy?
Multiple "tours" in Demjansk area.
Could only make out one award, ostmedal.
Survive the war?
Any other info that anyone could share about this wehrpass
would be appreciated.

Was this common to paste in typed in paper
showing what area or action he was in?

Well he served with only two different front line regimental units, the 28th (Infantry-Jäger) and the 919. He did serve with several different companies, mostly the "heavy" company, which would have had the Infantry guns. He also had the Black Wound Badge on 9 May 1942. The hospital page shows he was wounded by shrapnel to the head in May 1942 and Kidney problems in October 1942.
