Help with Luftwaffe Solbach and licence dcuments PLEASE

Hello can anyone help me with these documents any info would be appreciated.. Photos to follow. The solbach only has the front cover and stamped photo.
The Militar Bordfunker Ghein is a little faint so will do my best to describe.

Yes i agree not great photos believe it or not the best i could get without reflections etc just after any (any) info on this type of pass, licence etc. the wording is near on impossible to read when its in front of me.

Not much to say about the soldbuch cover, the Bordfunker Schein is his wireless operators permit.

MANY THANKS for your help with forum, and info i will try and research more now i know its a permit, found this at War and Peace show and thought it would be interesting to research more, Cant seem to find anywhere that explains the permit in more detail, as im sure that someone must have the same document but maybe a little more read able,

Thanks Simon for being most helpful, and sending photos. Would you know what the center pages were used for i.e. Stamps and why? Also the back page again what would this of been used for?
