DAK Soldbuch? There are doubts ...

This is indeed a DAK Soldbuch. It is not uncommon to find pages 3-4 missing from DAK books as they received orders to remove this page as obviously it recorded his units.
However, reading the remaining pages you can see what units he belonged to.
Although you do not show page 1, it would appear his initial unit was Nachrichten Ersatz Kompanie 12.
On page 6 he was issued kit from Heeres-Küsten-Artillerie-Abteilung 529, this unit was formed on the 10. 3.1941 in Eisenach with three Batteries for action in Africa. On 19.9.1942 it was renamed IV Abteilung, Afrika-Artillerie-Regiment 2. With replacements coming from Artillerie-Ersatz-Abteilung 65 in Mühlhausen,.
On page 15 you can see a security check from IV Abteilung, Afrika-Artillerie-Regiment 2.
From entries on page 19 he entered Africa twice. Initially his "Afrika" theatre pay started on 9.2.1942 and subsequently he arrived in Africa on 31.12.1942. The hospital pages (12-13) confirm he was ill and in Bagnoli (Naples, Italy) Hospital suffering from an epidemic of jaundice!
Although as mentioned his unit page is missing but we can see what front line units he belonged to from the units that authorised his leave:
15.12.1940 - FP Nr. 40640 - Stab Artillerie-Kommandeur 140
16.6.1942 - FP Nr. 20114 - Stab u. 1.-3. Batterie Heeres-Küsten-Artillerie-Abteilung 529, became Stab IV u. 10.-12. Batterie Afrika Artillerie-Regiment 2.
Other entries show FP Nr. 20114 A, A denotes Stab.
Hope that helps a bit?

He was awarded the Wound Badge in Black whilst serving with Artillerie-Kommandeur 140. This was formed 25.11.1940 through Wehrkreis XII; During 1942 it was disbanded in south Russia.
It was an independent army troops unit in south Russia (1942 17. Armee in the Caucasus within LII. Armeekorps).
Also the Italian Campaign Medal.
He would also be entitled to the Africa Cufftitle.
Afrika-Artillerie-Regiment 2
Formed 19.9.1942 in Italy for Panzerarmee Afrika from Artillerie-Regiment Stab z.b.V. 623 (Army Troops, Wehrkreis XIII), on 15.10.1942 from the Batteries 902, 4/149 and 362 which formed I. Abteilung and then Heeres-Küsten-Artillerie-Abteilung 528, 523 und 529 als II.-IV. Abteilung. Only partially transferred and destroyed in Tunisia, Stab and I. formed Panzer-Artillerie-
Regiment 190 of 90. Panzer-Grenadier-Division in Italy.
Under: Ober Kommando Panzerarmee-Afrika.
The holder of this Soldbuch appears to have gone into prisoner of war captivity after the surrender of the DAK in Tunisia, May 1943.
