Actually the paper came already out due to "wear".
Here is a scan from page 22. You can see the place where the staple was.
I can find an inprint of the staple up to page 12.

There is a question that keeps turning in my head.
If this is a bogus paper put in a good SB i really wonder:
why didn't the makers of the little paper put an earlier date for the Ost on it?
To me that doesn't make sense...
Looking forward on hearing your findings after seeing the additional pics.
Best regards

The fact that there isn't an entry before 43 made me believe that he served in another unit before 1943. Could this be possible?

That probably explains why the entry is green.....the unit was based in Sonthofen where there were many Gebirgsjäger units!!!
Sonthofen is in Bavaria, why would he be there especially when the was not Gebirgsjäger .....this is July 1943 ....his kit issues show him with Heeres Flakartillerie Ersatz und Ausbildungs Abteilung 272 June 1943 in Belgard! November 1943 he is still with the same unit according to the leave page.
Looks like it was probably taken from another Soldbuch? From what you show I see nothing to say he was there especially with a convalescence company!

Thank you all for your reaction.
Time to resume what i read in your replies:
- the paper is OK
- the stamp is Ok
- the entries of the awards are not OK
Could you please tell why the entries of the medals aren't ok?
Is it because the date isn't correct? The fountain pen that is used?
All input is more then welcome so i can understand why it isn't good.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards
stijn
