Luftwaffe Soldbuch......Staka Signatures

With regards to a recent additon to my collection in the form of a Lufwaffe Soldbuch, I am trying to identify the following 2 Staffelkapitain signatures on the attached images........

Firstly, 4./Erg.-Nahaufklärungsgruppe ‘BROMBERG’ signed on 01-09-1944 as Hauptmann and Staka.

Secondly, Nahaufklärungsstaffel 1./31 (Nacht) signed on 11-04-1945 as Oberleutnant and Staka.

Any help wi;ll be very well received indeed.

the second StKpt is Oblt. Hans Albers, but the first StKpt, no idea.
