Wehrpass Stuka-Geschwader 1

I received this nice Wehrpass of a Bordfunker and Bordschütze who served with Stuka-Geschwader 102,Sturzkampfgeschwader 151, Sturzkampfgeschwader 1 and Schlachtgeschwader 1.

In Schlachtgeschwader 1 I think he flew on a Henschel 129 Tank Hunter, but I hope you can provide some information regarding this thought

He flew 219 missions in about 8 month and won the Fliegerschützenabzeichen mit Blitzbündel, Frontflugspange in bronce, silver and gold for Kampfflieger, EK2and EK1.

I hope you can also provide some info on signatures and maybe someone knows who his pilot(s) could have been?

Very nice Wehrpaß to my favourite Stuka unit! He belonged to 4 Staffel, II Gruppe, Stuka Geschwader 1, renamed Schlacht Geschwader 1. He would have flown as airgunner/radio operator in Ju 87. Not to be mistaken with the old Schlacht Geschwader 1 pre 1943 that did fly HS 129!

The signature is that of Hauptmann Han Steinwachs. Killed in action 14.2.1945.

His name is Josef Kirn and he fell in March 1944.

Hi Gentlemen!

Maybe you can help me out with this one too. Hermann Fischer was born on February 28th 1920 and flew with I. Schlachtgeschwader 1, 3. Staffel.

His Wehrpass says that he had 11 victories and 377 enemy flights but I haven´t found anything about him or his victories.

Would be nice to hear from you.

I might not have the info with me now but have at home.....he was the old Schlacht Geschwader rather than a Stuka pilot if I remember correctly.

I researched it for the previous owner some years ago.

I also seem to recall I only found 6 victories rather than 11 but can't say much more until I get home.

Unfortunately the group has now been split, or did you buy the citations as well?

The citations, not all of them, are with the same seller where you bought the Wehrpaß.

EP, DK, Pilots badge, Ehrenliste and 2 photos at least.
