Fallschirmjäger Soldbuch

Hi,

Just found this small lot from a Uffz. from the 5. Fallschirmjäger Division.

Late war transfer to the Fallschirmjäger Pioneer Batl. 5 and later transfered to the Fallschirmjäger Regt. 15

Seems as he at some point became an allied POW according to the POW number on page 1 in the Soldbuch

No awards listed in the Soldbuch although he served from 1940-1945?

Oh he was in the 15th company, FJR13.

Looks like he served much of the war with Wehrmeldeamt Gotha. That might explain the lack of awards.
