    Wehrpass award and Hospital entries

Gents..in the following list of awards, what is the last entry? I cannot quite make out the first word.

As well, I am having a hard time making heads or tails of the hospital entry I have posted..any ideas?

With the soldier being awarded a gold wound badge, I am certain he did not have a pleasant time.

I think the last award-entry is "Medal for the crusade against communism". This was a rümanian medal...

Thanks guys..that a tough break for that soldat. Would you be awarded the wound badge in gold for total blindness or the loss of one eye? He may even have lost a limb?

Yes, and hopefully when he was awarded the 7th, he was convalescing somewhere warmer than the Ost Front..I notice he was a pioneer, so I wonder if he was wounded demining?

This is the latest dated entry in this re-issue Wehrpass.
