Here is another one of the books from a collection I bought recently that originated from a Soviet archive. I have a few questions about this one and are posting it here for opinions. It was issued in 1944 to a Waffenbauer (weapons maker) from Dortmund, he was 17 years old. His parents seem to have been both dead. The Soldbuch has a neat picture showing a Fliegerbluse worn with no collar tabs. After training he was assigned to Flieger Technische Schule (Waffen) Merseburg, then to Schlachtgeschwader 77. I assume he had a ground support role, presumably something to do with weapons? Perhaps the clue is an entry on page 1, it says "Spezial-Personal" followed by a word I cannot make out. There is another entry related to this entry on page 3. What does this mean? He was awarded a single award, called "Erinnerungsscheibe fuer Militaerschueler." What was this award? I've never seen this entry before. There is a tattered Feldpost letter from 1944 tucked in the Soldbuch. Here are the scans.
