Here is a Soldbuch a soldier of the WachRegiment Hermann Goering (thanks for any further information....).
The soldbuch was released in 31-10-1942, Dietrich Hohnbaum, born on 19-12-1924 in Bibra (Meiningen), 188 cm high, ideal for a soldier of a “guard-soldiers” (the minimum to enter in the Hg was 168).
From 5-1-1943 in the 1. (Wachbtl) Wachregiment Herman Goering (.the beautiful red Feldpost L34908, and his servece between the residences of Goering at Carinhall and Berlin).
From 4-3-1943 in the newly formed 1. (Pz.Gren.) Begleit Reg. Hermann Goering and here practically until the end of the war (in 1945 he pass in the renamed Begleit Btl. Reichsmarschall in the 7 Kompanie (Verseharten injured).
Interesting its material: a good supply of brushes (maybe for his service representative?) and in the continuation sheet to the end of the soldbuch his monthly supply of soaps.
Then it is seriously wounded in late October 1944 by a russian bullet (its 1. (Pz.Gren.) Begleit Reg. Hermann Goering was sent to East Prussia, I am grateful to those who have more details), and in fact goes well from here five months for the same injury in different Lazzarett until March 1943 (I think that the feldpost on the Verw. Abz. Schwarz is one of these hospitals.....)
