Please some help with a feldpost number

Hello! Please, I would like to ask for your support on trying to ID what seems to me to be a feldpost number.
Here is the best picture I could take

As you can see it's quite faded, and thus...not an easy job. Anyway. My guess is

L 23925

1° Question: I could find a corrispondence in the "feldpostnummer" list, but without the "L". Is the L (luftwaffe) still ok, in accepting L 23925 and eventually 23925 alone as the very same thing?

Supposing I am right, the corresponding unit should be this one
