Wehrpass without photo and signature - never seen before!

Hello. I got offered a very nice SS TK Wehrpass. Everything seems to be ok but on page 2 it is missing the photo and the stampings as well as the owners signature underneath. I've seen WP before without the photo but they had at least the owners signature.

Does someone have an explanation for this?

    Regards

Can't show pictures at the moment as it isn't mine yet. What does a "second copy" mean? A "Zweitschrift" or a copy of a "Zweitschrift"?
The WP doesn't have a "Zweitschrift" note. It is well filled out from 1939 until his death in 1942. Various (well known SS) persons made the entries with different pens.

        Regards

That would mean that all its entries were made at once from one person and the same pen. But the WP was filled out step by step from 1939 to 1942.

Maybe the person was at that time not there to fill in his signature, and from one comes another, so never got signed...

But weren't there strictly rules at the time regarding photos and signatures in a Wehrpass?
I remember the trouble I had during my time in the German Navy when I forgot to change the photo of my military ID after getting promoted.

Btw., I've sent more pictures of the WP to member antony.s and he will respond probably on Sunday.

                Regards
