I have studied these scans very carefully. I see a lot of small details that make me suspicious. Although I can't pinpoint anything that conclusively states that this is not original, I would not be comfortable with this pass. I am suggesting that this could be an original blank Wehrpass cleverly forged by a faker. Here are some of the things I might suggest are subtle red flags:

-Handwriting on page 3 not typical of period handwriting
-Stamp ink from page 1 has bled through onto page 2, this is not typical of period ink
-Signatures including the signature in post 2 not typical
-Page 12 entries have some details that are perhaps not typical
-Page 32, first line, handwriting looks drawn rather than written
-Next page, what appears to be a mimeographed page, the format and the appearance of the printing overall do not look typical. The paper clip is rusted where it would have been between the pages of the book but not at the top where it would have been exposed to the air?
-KIA entry wording not typical. In addition, what's that in parenthesis after the name of the place where he was killed? What could it mean? Curious.

I could be off base with this. Any one of these things taken alone would not be impossible on an original book. But the overall look to me just gives me a bad gut feeling. But it would not be one that I would want to own.

                    Hi chris!
dont worry this wehrpass is 100% original, everything is fine.
i have the whole group from this man,his father, and from his brother, his brother was at fallschirmpioniers, but this group i sold a few weeks ago.

the whole group comes direktly from the family with the same name.

here a picture of the whole group.
                    the photos are buyphotos

it is everytime funny to see how quick the people say it is faked,if it comes alone

                    regards matze

Matze, that is cool, I can accept that. Nice grouping. I suspected that you might have something like that, for this Wehrpass. SS paperwork is such a mine field and any collector has to be suspicious of material that variates from the norm, despite the fact that there were endless variations in this paperwork that was filled out by hand and dependent on the skill and abilities of the individual clerks, and the materials at hand. Sometimes it takes provenance or other material in a grouping (as here) to validate something that otherwise might not be readily accepted.

yes you are right!anything from ss in dangerous,i never would buy this stuff online, only directly from veterans or familys from verterans,or my friends buy the stuff there.

The father from this man was a fighter too i will show you his wherpass too.
i dont know if i can show the group from his brother, because i selled it to an other collector.he was fallschirmpionier with ek1,fallschirmabz,erdkampfabz.and a lot of nice photos from him,he was catched in monte cassino and was a pow in africa.
                        but he was alive!!
