Unfortunatly I cant understand the 2 first letter "KL" after it's sure "Ka. St." is Karten Stelle". Is a member abble to help me ?

More than likely it stands for Kleine - and one would expect that a Kleine Kartenstelle would be equipped with maps and supporting materials for a smaller area of responsibility and have fewer people assigned than a Grosse Kartenstelle.
