    SS Norge Soldbuch

    Soldbuch has no picture and in missing page 1 and 2.
    Im slightly confused as there are a number of post war dates in the buch.

          Soldbuchs and/or Wehrpasses were sometimes used post-war just as a means of recording things like yours (pay, hospital, etc.) in the absence of other work-books. Just a handy means of keeping track of things.

            Right, got also soldbuch with post war entries from injections, given in Pow camp.

              No problem with that!
              I got a Soldbuch that has been made Post-war (1945) by the Americans for a German soldier.
              I´ve seen more of those.
              I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
              Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.

                Until the soldier was officially discharged from the armed forces the soldbuch was still his personal documentation and the armed forces did continue on for some time after the official surrender.
                Collecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.
